Book excerpt: Ann Marie Williams has been married and divorced twice. When the story begins in 1997, she is 56 years old, feminine, passionate, cheerful and optimistic. She places an in-search-of advertisement in the newspaper and meets Hank with whom she has a six-year relationship. This is the story of Ann Marie and Hank during that time. It is an active time; they take trips to Paris, San Francisco and South America, and, closer to home in Virginia they discover romantic B and B's. There is companionship and shared interests, humor and love. But she is no closer to marriage. Ann Marie is still 'a one man woman'. Will she ever find a way to end it with Hank and find someone more marriageable?
