Book excerpt: The Network of European Technocrats (N.E.T.) is an autonomous research organization comprised of volunteer members from around the world. The main objective of N.E.T. is to explore sustainable and novel economic, technical and social paradigms with the aid of theory and empiricism as guides.The journal presents some of the thoughts and writing of NET in 2006 and 2007.
