Book excerpt: My book is about making changes in life from making bad choices. These bad choices caused me to lose my freedom from a crime that I did not commit. Every bad choices I have made caught up with me. I have made changes with God in my life. I try to help others—not just grown-ups but all ages, whether they are black, white, Mexican, it doesn’t matter—to make a difference in their lives by choosing the right decision. Evaluating life and coming together to make a difference in the world we live in will inspire others to help prevent violence, rapes, killing, police brutality, and race issues and to be a better role model for kids. This is what my book is based on—making changes in life for the better.
