Book excerpt: It's that time of the year again-New Years' Eve! It's when we celebrate all the passive income we made last year and plan our revenue for the following year. 2022 was full of bumps and dips along the path. The stock, bond, real estate, and crypto markets crashed, and interest rates soared. These markets will likely stabilize, but interest rates will remain elevated for a few years. Therefore, bonds will give us safe passive income, along with high-yield savings, CD ladders, and Series "I" Bonds. We can add some flavor to our passive income with dividend stocks, index funds, and preferred share funds. Altogether, 2023 is the year we continue our mission. I am 3.5 years into my financial independence journey, but every year gives me a fresh start. In 2023, I want more income from more sources! I want to monetize my YouTube channel and add merchandise to my website. Now is the time to plan. Good Luck!
