Book excerpt: A very thorough archaeological survey was done of Plot 60, 64, and 65, Estate Southgate Farm, prior to proposed development. The entire surface area was explored carefully three times. Fifteen test pits were excavated. No cultural resources were found, whether on the surface or under it. No more archaeological work is recommended.
