Finding that no disposition had been manifested, or action taken by City Councils to effect a change or revision in the Quarantine laws by the Legislature as repeatedly urged by the Board, we had prepared by the City Solicitor, a bill to embody some of the objects desired, which was presented to the Legislature, and doubtless would have become a law, but for the interference and influence of parties who were prompted by considerations other than a desire for the public good or convenience.
