Book excerpt: Still Grousin' Buddies is a sequel of sorts to our first book, Grousin Buddies (Authorhouse 2005). More tales of fins, feathers, and friends, this edition brings more of the same, life lessons learned afield with the people we care most about. Although arranged by chapters of similar content, each story and poem stands alone. Each an unique experience, yet not so different than those of others who love the outdoors and the bounties it has to offer. Our goal is to find a connection with our readers, a moment that is part of the shared human experience.
