This article discusses the legal provisions related to the abridged prospectus and the revised disclosure format of the abridged prospectus for greater clarity and enhanced disclosure. In addition, it addresses the requirement that the abridged prospectus must now include a QR code, and Issuer/Merchant Bankers must ensure that the disclosures in the abridged prospectus are adequate and accurate and do not contain any misleading or misstatement.
