Book excerpt: Writing poetry has given me the strength to progress in my life day by day. It motivates me to express my inner thoughts, feelings, and life long experiences. As a child, I always enjoyed writing how I felt. Poetry to me has always been my way to express the love, anger, frustrations, etc that I carry with in myself. It keeps me strong and focused.
