In this book, I try to explain in short how you learn the concept of continuity from others, after reading this book you only need to apply this concept to yourself. Due to the continuity of our respiration, and the continuity of blood flow in our vanes, we are alive today and reading this book. Due to the continuity among our organs, we grow daily, we only need to nourish ourselves with good thoughts and good thoughts come from good learning which makes you aware of yourself, your area of interest, your duties, your goals, etc.
