Book excerpt: 20 videos from 11 countries, including Puerto Rico, comprise the 5th edition of the IDB Cultural Center Video Biennial. Winning and selected videos, from an international call to Latin American and Caribbean artists for 5-minute videos, creatively explore and broaden the discussion of factors that affect the social, cultural and economic environments in the Region.
