Book Synopsis A Patient and Caregiver's Guide to Surviving Bipolar Disorder by : Blanche Belljar

Book excerpt: This self-help book is a paperback version of two previously published eBooks:Surviving and Thriving with Bipolar Disorder: Tips from a Survivor (published 2/2013) and Reassuring Madness: How to Care for Loved Ones Who Have Bipolar Disorder (published 5/2014).The first book is told from the point of view of a patient (me) and the second is told from a caregiver's perspective. It is the story of one family's battle with bipolar disorder and how they have tried to help one another. I don't have any medical background: I'm neither a doctor, counselor, nor pharmacist. I'm simply one person “who's been there” and I share my coping skills in this book.
