Book excerpt: This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 32nd International Conference on Advanced Information Systems Engineering, CAiSE 2020, held in Grenoble, France, in June 2020.* The 33 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 185 submissions.
