Book excerpt: This is my first book. I went into great detail about my search for God. I related some of the motivations in my life and suggested the influence my parent’s lives might have had on my search for God, instead of accepting what was handed to me through my church and school. Instead of relying on my memory, I quoted from corroborating texts, and noting where I differed with the presented material.
