Book excerpt: This volume is a collection of articles based upon presentations given on November 23, 2015 at a conference hosted by the Institute for Law and Finance entitled "Towards a New Age of Responsibility in Banking and Finance: Getting the Culture and the Ethics Right" which brought together leaders from the public and private sectors to discuss the importance of culture and ethics in restoring public trust in financial institutions.
