Book excerpt: The present book entitled “Innovations in Fishing and Fish Processing Technologies” highlights various aspects of fish genetic resources, advanced mariculture and ornamental fisheries covering major dimensions of harvest and post-harvest technologies in fisheries and fishery extension.
