Book excerpt: Haruko Sasaki (AKA Ha-Ru-Ko BlueStarChild) is a visionary artist whose child-like imagination and playful expression touches people's "inner child." She was born in Tokyo, Japan and spent most of her time in the big city, always yearning to live in nature. In her late 30s, she moved to Northern California where she is surrounded by mountains. Knowing how it felt to live in the city, she appreciates her new environment and developed a deeper connection with nature.
