Book Synopsis Scabs to Scars by : Paul Pierce

Book excerpt: Many relationships are doomed from the start because we carry the baggage of previous hurts and disappointments into the new relationships. The hurts of the past must be dealt with so we can be free to love the way we really desire. Scabs are the product of wounds still in need of healing. When a hurt is truly healed, a scar forms. This scar reminds us of that hurt and the situation that caused the wound but the pain is gone. Life can bring us hurt but how we deal with those hurts determine if we are free and whole.
