Book excerpt: This work presents ten of the author's best photographs, which also show mystery. Either part or all of the photograph cannot be readily deciphered or explained. Starting with the recent eclipse that just occurred, the author's work ranges from a miniature plant world to a communal kitchen in the highlands of Guatemala.
