Book excerpt: This journal was created to encourage you to take time out everyday to write down what you're grateful for, your affirming "I Am..." statements and to freely express what is on your mind. It is also a great companion for you to use as you are reading through the Living Over Existing book, which digs deeper into how to begin uncovering your purpose and pushing past those mental barriers that may be holding you back.This journal was also created for you to make your own. So feel free to make it as messy or as colorful as you would like. As for actual writing tips, my only tip would be for you to write from the heart instead of what you THINK you should be writing. Don't get caught up in writing out the perfect ideas or even writing in complete sentences. The purpose of journaling is to pour out your heart into a space that is free of judgment. And if you get into a good groove don't stop until that moment fades.
