Book excerpt: Waste Water Treatment and Water Management is an extension of the efforts to compile the treatment and management process of water along with its existing policies into one book. The author believes that the policymakers must rethink on ‘Polluter pays principle’ and if possible, need to redesign this concept as it somewhere gives freedom to damage the environment if one has enough money to pay.
