Book excerpt: Agencies at all levels of government were involved in the Metropolitan Omaha, Nebraska-Council Bluffs, Iowa Water and Related Land Resources Management Study throughout the entire study period. As study material became available in printed form, copies were submitted to appropriate interested agencies for review and comment.
